Jose' De Elrey was such a phenomenal outstanding
stallion at the 2009 Gaited Gala Show for
Tennessee Walking Horses in Athens, TX. We
received so many comments on
Jose' De Elrey. The DQP
commented how well behaved a stallion he was
through the whole process of his exam.
People were watching
Jose' De Elrey
and commenting to
us what a beautiful magnificent stallion is
he and how well behaved he is. People would
ask, "Is he a stallion?", and then they
would comment that they couldn't believe how
well behave he was. This was
Jose' De Elrey's
first
show. He behaved in his stall surrounded by
other horses. He stood still for his
grooming. Nothing bothered him or made him
uneasy in any way. He did not act like a stallion,
which was quite exceptional since we bred
him to
Mountain's Misty Lady a week before
the show. It felt good to have a show horse
that people noticed, and it was so exciting
to win that first blue ribbon in the
plantation pleasure. Professional people
commented that
Jose' De Elrey
was the most naturally
gaited horse with excellent show ring
presence that they have seen in a long time.
