Hot Shot is a registered American Miniature Horse, standing under 30 inches. He is a stallion and loves his mares, even though they are full size Tennessee Walking Horses. He will defend them against any intruder, including our geldings that are over 16 hands high.
Hot Shot has one girl his size, Ginger. So far, they have one foal born in May 2008. |

Ginger is a registered American Miniature Horse,
standing at 34 inches tall. She was given to
Marlo as a Christmas present in 1998, and has
been in the family ever since. Ginger has been
shown, dressed up for parades, and was part of
several school projects. She is a great little horse for lead line pony rides and a good mom to her foals. Ginger gets into trouble sometimes |
 |
|
because she loves to eat, and will steal
grain from any full size horse. She is very
smart and will knock over buckets and climb
fences to get to it. |

 |
| Ginger's 2008 foal is Bam Bam, sired
by Hot Shot. Bam Bam was the smallest foal we had ever seen, weighing under 20 pounds at birth. He is fun to watch and a lovable little addition to our horse family. His personality is unique and he plays with our dogs, which are bigger than he is but he doesn't think so. |
