Divine Design saddle removal lesson... standing still..cinch undone...Jan 2012 L ibby in Texas, trains Rosie with her saddle on. Rosie will be two April 4, 2012. She is currently 19 months old. Libby leads Rosie, while driving the golf cart, and keeps the cart at the correct speed for her gait. Libby works Rosie at a slightly increased speed to pick up her gait. This picture of Rosie is just beautiful, and Libby's smile, says it all. Priceless!!

Equine Express arrives on Nov 2, 2011 to pick up Flor De Oro Del Cortijo and transport her to Maimi Florida, followed by a flight to the Dominican Republic. The driver is leading Flor up to the 18 wheeler to load her on, with Dakata, her companion watchdog.
 
Flor is being introduced to the ramp with side boards .Flor has never been on a ramp before or entered a trailer with side boards. The driver is very patient, and is taking his time with Flor to introduce her to the ramp. Flor needed a little encouragement to walk up the ramp. The driver used a very loose butt rope to encourage Flor to move forward up the ramp,.
 
Flor is entering the box stall very calmly. The driver is taking off Flor's lead rope in the box stall. Flor has a nice clean box stall with new shavings, fresh water and hay. Plenty of room for her to move around. Even though I am sad to see her go, I am so happy for her. She has a great life ahead of her with the Leon family at thier ranch in Santos Domingo.

Nov 1 2011 Today, Nov 1, 2011 is Flor De Oro last day at awalkinghorseranch. Flor is leaving tomorrow for her long journey to the Dominican Republic. She will be quarenteened in Maimi for two weeks. From there, she flies to the Dominican Republic.
